LSAck is the final confirmation message. Acknowledgements are needed once the LSR/LSU (request/reply) process is complete to make sure that all previous four exchanges have been completed successfully & without any errors.

BTW, how many tables does OSPF has?
The OSPF process builds and maintains three separate tables:
1. A neighbor table (list of all neighboring routers)
2. A topology table (list of all possible routes to all known networks within an area)
3. A routing table (best route for each known network)
What are host routes?
Loopbacks are considered host routes in OSPF and they are advertised as /32
